ARTS Group is hiring a Data Analyst & AI Expert for Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. You will develop analytical models, visualize complex relationships, and drive continuous improvement in an international high-tech environment.

The role focuses on extracting and integrating data, building predictive models, and communicating insights to business partners. A degree in a related field and several years of IT/data experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with several years in IT/data analysis.
• Experience in project management and data analysis across supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI/LLM; Lean management familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Extract and integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources to meet business requirements
• Model Development: Develop, test, and implement analytical models to identify meaningful patterns and trends from complex datasets
• Model Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve the accuracy of models in line with business objectives
• Data Visualization: Communicate findings through effective and audience-appropriate visualizations
• Interface Management: Act as the interface between business functions, the data ecosystem, and requested solutions
• Coaching: Train and support business functions in a data-driven mindset
• Knowledge Sharing: Actively share best practices, findings, and techniques within the data community

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, data analysis, and supply chain/logistics
• Experience in project management
• Good knowledge of Python and AI/LLM (Large Language Models)
• Good knowledge of Lean Management and process management
• Business fluent English (at least C1); German is an advantage
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power-BI, Skywise, Tableau) is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
