MSX International in Essen, Germany, is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Technician (m/f/d) with Italian and English to join the Technical Helpdesk. This full-time, on-site role supports retailers and service networks in resolving technical or mechanical vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and documentation.

We require completed training as a motor vehicle technician or foreman, native or fluent Italian, good English, and solid knowledge of automotive electronics or EVs.

Aufgaben

• Support retailers and NSCs to resolve technical concerns.
• Increase First Time Fix Rates and Customer Satisfaction with the objective of reducing Warranty Cost and Repeat Repairs.
• Carry out support to dealer network on hard-to-fix vehicles to improve concern fix rates.
• Work in close relationship with Engineering and Product Investigation teams to identify vehicle product concerns in quantifiable data.
• Answer technical queries primarily by electronic systems, and by telephone or WebEx when needed.
• Create electronic records to document contact details and diagnostic advice on client system.

As Automotive Diagnostic Technician you will be part of theTechnical Helpdeskof a well-known vehicle manufacturer to assist the retailer with the timely resolution of technical ormechanical concernsof the vehicle.Answering technician querieswhen the retailer has been unable to resolve a customer concern via reference to normal data sources (literature, bulletins, etc.), electronic and online support from diagnostic tools.
