MSX International in Essen, Germany, seeks an Automotive Diagnostic Technician (m/f/d) with Italian and English to join the Technical Helpdesk of a leading vehicle manufacturer. The role offers 40 hours weekly, an indefinite contract, and a compensation of up to €50,000 annually.

You will assist retailers with technical concerns, work with engineering teams, and document diagnostic advice while expanding your expertise in diagnostics and electrified powertrains.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a motor vehicle technician or foreman
• Professional experience as service consultant/service manager in a workshop or as a workshop foreman
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics
• Good knowledge of automotive electronics, electric and/or hybrid vehicles (EV certificate preferred)
• Native or fluent level of Italian and good knowledge of English are essential (other European languages are a plus)

Aufgaben

• Support retailers and NSCs to resolve technical concerns.
• Increase First Time Fix Rates and Customer Satisfaction with the objective of reducing Warranty Cost and Repeat Repairs.
• Carry out Support to dealer network on Hard to fix vehicles to improve concern fix rates.
• Work in close relationship with Engineering and Product Investigation teams to identify vehicle product concerns in quantifiable, and factual data.
• Answering technical queries primarily by electronic system but where appropriate also by telephone or WebEx session.
• Create electronic records to document contact details and diagnostic advice on client system.

Job Description

Automotive Diagnostic Technician (m/f/d) – with Italian and English

Location: Essen, Germany

Working hours: 40

Indefinite contract

Compensation: Up to 50.000 €/yearly

As Automotive Diagnostic Technician you will be part of the Technical Helpdesk of a well-known vehicle manufacturer to assist the retailer with the timely resolution of technical or mechanical concerns of the vehicle. Answering technician queries when the retailer has been unable to resolve a customer concern via reference to normal data sources (literature, bulletins, etc.), electronic and online support from diagnostic tools.

Your Tasks
