Gleiss Lutz Hootz Hirsch Partnerschaftsgesellschaft invites applications from ambitious lawyers to represent clients before courts and arbitral tribunals, to analyse complex matters, and to help develop litigation strategies.

The role includes supporting internal investigations, advising on a wide range of contentious situations, and managing disputes spanning commercial litigation, product liability, general contract, liability law, and M&A transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Staatsexamen with grades of vollbefriedigend or better.
• Ideally experience in M&A.
• Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad.
• LL.M. or doctorate welcome.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.

Your role

You’ll focus on the following:

• Representing clients from Germany and abroad before courts and arbitral tribunals
• Analysing complex matters, providing legal assessments, and developing litigation strategies

Your profile

• State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
• Ideally, relevant experience in M&A
• Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
• Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
