Job summary

Alaika in Munich seeks a senior advisor to lead strategic transformations for top financial services clients. You will advise across Strategy, Data & AI, and Cyber, owning client groups end-to-end and building long-term relationships.

You will lead project teams, originate mandates, and shape the firm's growth, with a clear path to partner for the right candidate. Offices in Munich with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Outstanding degree in an analytical field from a top-tier university.
• Proven track record building a leading practice at a strategic consultancy or major financial services firm.
• Senior network with C-level and Tier 1-3 relationships in financial services.
• Sales track record: originate and close mandates at €2m+ scale.
• Leadership: hired, developed, and graduated teams; able to build the best sports team.
• Analytical mindset: data-driven and able to drive decisions with data.
• Fluency in English and German.

• Own client holding groups end-to-end: relationships, revenue, and teams.
