• Senior Network. Established C-Level and Tier 1-3 relationships across financial services. Your network walks in with you.
• Sales Track Record. Proven ability to originate and close mandates at €2m+ scale. You have built a book before.
• Leadership. You have hired, developed, and graduated, as well as madethe hardcalls on people. You understand that it is your task to build the best sports team — not a family.
• Analytical edge. Data-driven by default. Leverage data to drive decisions, not just decorate slides and / or make sure your team does not.
• Languages. Fluent in English and German.Additionallanguages are a plus.
