Job summary

Alaika is redefining Financial Services by advising, investing, and building across three brands from its Munich base. This partner seat offers meaningful equity and ownership as you co-create the company from day one.

We are building an entrepreneurial holding with advisory, capital, and building capabilities, and invite senior leaders with networks in data, AI, and financial services to join the journey in Munich and beyond.

Qualifications

• Track record of building a Data & AI practice or a senior data/AI function at a major strategic consultancy or Financial Services firm.
• Senior network with C-suite, regulators, and the broader ecosystem.
• Proven ability to originate and close mandates at €3m+ scale.
• Deep domain credibility with deployments, publications, conference and keynote presence.
• Experience hiring, developing, and graduating teams and building high-performing units.
• Languages: Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and set the bar for performance.
• Shape the advisory work and demonstrate the ability to co-build a leading financial services platform.
