ALAIKA Advisory Germany GmbH in Munich is building a new kind of Financial Services firm. We seek consultants who combine strategic depth with data and AI expertise and a drive to build lasting client relationships.

You will advise Fortune 500 financial services clients, own key accounts, and lead large initiatives across Strategy, Data & AI, and Cyber. The role demands leadership, a growth mindset, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding degree in an analytical field from a top-tier university, or a track record that speaks for itself.
• Minimum 5 years in a high-pressure, results-driven environment — top strategy consultancy with a strong data and AI practice, or fast-growing AI-native technology company.

What you bring

• Technical Depth. Fluency in modern data and AI stacks — machine learning, generative AI, cloud platforms, production deployment. You haveadvised andshipped real systems, not just slides.
