Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a candidate to lead on-site and remote NetMenu implementations for healthcare and higher education back-of-house operations. You will train kitchen teams on inventory, purchasing, receiving, and recipe management across campuses.

Shortlisted candidates will collaborate with internal teams, maintain project documentation, and drive revenue and billable utilization while expanding expertise in NetMenu and Illumia systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–3 years of hands-on experience in back-of-house kitchen operations within healthcare or higher education settings.
• In-depth knowledge of food production operations including inventory management, retail menu operations, purchasing and receiving, and requisitions across campuses or sites.
• In-depth knowledge of item and recipe creation, including production recipes, yield testing, and standardized recipe management.

Requirements
