Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the can filling operations across two sites in Elmshorn, Germany. You will take operational and personnel responsibility for five filling lines and a ~60-strong team, guiding shift-based production and ensuring high performance in a three-shift setup.

You will drive output, quality, cost and delivery targets, coordinate cross-site staffing and production planning, and further develop the leadership structure to ensure clear

Qualifikationen

• Several years of production experience, ideally within the food industry.
• Proven multi-year experience leading production or shift teams
• Deep understanding of production processes, KPIs and efficiency improvement
• Extensive knowledge of quality and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, IFS)
• Experience working with production systems and common MS tools
• Hands-on approach, decisive and strong communication skills
• Strong team player
• Able to remain calm and maintain an overview in stressful situations
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
