Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to lead and develop a team of clinical educators, ensuring high-quality education delivery and alignment with customer workflows at hospital sites. The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of related experience, with 1 year in management.

You will drive strategy for device integration with EMRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), act as escalation point for education risks, and coordinate schedules to align go-live coverage

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required (BSN preferred) and current RN licensure.
• 5+ years related experience (direct patient care experience highly preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year management experience and/or in a leadership role leading others.
• Experience implementing medical device products highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing education or professional services in complex clinical environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, infusion practices, and adult learning principles.

• Demonstrated experience providing education or professional services in complex clinical environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, infusion practices, and adult learning principles
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
