Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an Associate Director Accounts Payable to lead a large AP organization in a remote-capable capacity. You will own end-to-end AP operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and other departments to scale the function.

You are a proven leader with 6+ years in AP, strong people management skills, and hands-on attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with leadership responsibility in large or complex setups.
• Strong people leader with ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability.
• Hands-on mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and automation, combined with a process improvement mindset.

• Lead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment.
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP & related tools).
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structural and continuous improvement into the function.

About the Role:

As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will take ownership of a core finance function at Redcare, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality AP operations across a complex, high volume environment.

You will lead and develop a large team, bring structure to a growing organization, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a highly visible role with strong cross-functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to shape how AP operates at scale.
