Redcare Pharmacy seeks a Senior Treasury & e-Payment Operations Manager to lead cash management, forecast short-term liquidity, and scale e-payment processes for a high-volume B2C platform. You’ll own treasury operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with Finance and Tech teams.

Based in Cologne or Sevenum, the role requires hands-on leadership of a small team, strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset; German language skills are a plus and

• 7+ years of treasury and/or e-payment operations experience in fast-paced environments.
• First leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset.
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term forecasting.
• Experience with ERP and payment systems; collaboration with Tech teams.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with drive to improve processes.
• Strong stakeholder management in a dynamic setting.
• German language skills are a plus.

About the Role:

As Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business-critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast-growing e-commerce platform.

You will lead and further develop our treasury and e-payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech,you’llplay a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences.

About your tasks:

• Lead and develop a team of ~6, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
• Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment
• Strengthen compliance and risk management whilemaintainingoperational efficiency
• Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT

About you:

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• First leadership experience with a strong hands-on, “lead by example” mindset
• Solidexpertisein cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• German language skills are a plus

This role can be based in either our Cologne or Sevenum office. Whichever you choose will be your primary location with regular (weekly) on-site presence; occasional (bi-weekly - monthly) visits to the other office are also part of the role.
