RedcarePharmacy is seeking a Senior Manager Accounts Payable to own and scale our AP operations in a fast-growing environment. You will lead a large team, drive process improvements, and collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and other functions to ensure accurate and efficient payments.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in AP with leadership experience, strong ERP and automation know-how, and excels in stakeholder management within a dynamic setting. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience including leadership in large or complex setups.
• Strong people leadership with ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability.
• Hands-on mindset with eye for detail and ability to dive deep into operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and automation, plus a process-improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment.
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP & related tools).
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structural and continuous improvement into the function.
