Job summary

Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa in Schwangau sucht eine/n Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/w/d). Die Stelle ist unbefristet, in Vollzeit und im Servicebereich; der Start erfolgt ab sofort.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie/Gastronomie und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im F&B-Bereich. Sie sorgen für hervorragenden Service, leiten das Team und verbessern kontinuierlich das gastronomische Konzept.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Berufserfahrung im F&B-Bereich erwünscht.

Responsibilities

• Sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Restaurant und für außergewöhnlichen Service.
• Führt Schulungen und Weiterbildungen im Team durch.
• Setzt kreative Ideen um und entwickelt das gastronomische Konzept weiter.
