The Florentin in Frankfurt sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft als Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/w/d). Sie arbeiten im gehobenen Servicebetrieb und tragen maßgeblich zur Gästezufriedenheit sowie zum reibungslosen Ablauf im Restaurant bei.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie und bringen relevante Berufserfahrung im F&B-Sektor mit. Ihre Kreativität und Sales-Talent runden das Profil ab und Sie entwickeln Konzepte sowie schulen das Team

Qualifications

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder ein Studium in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im F&B-Bereich.
• Teamführungserfahrung im Service- oder Empfangsbereich bevorzugt.
• Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeiterschulung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im Restaurant und mitten im Geschehen.
• Schulung und Motivation des Teams, Entwicklung von Gästenähe und Servicequalität.
• Umsetzung kreativer kulinarischer Konzepte und aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des The Florentin.
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und dem Tagesgeschäft.
