Job summary

Hope Apartments is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Host to support our team in Berlin. You will manage guest communications, coordinate with cleaners and repairs, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple properties.

The role requires strong English and/or German, a proactive attitude, and prior customer service experience. Expect flexible hours (20–25 per week) with some weekend work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Independently take ownership of tasks and show initiative.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing shifts and duties.
• Good knowledge of English and/or German in professional settings.
• Previous experience in customer service; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with guests across ~30–40 Berlin Airbnb properties.
• Coordinate with cleaners and repair teams for smooth operations.
• Handle channels: phone, platforms, and WhatsApp.
• Demonstrate can-do, hands-on problem solving.
• Be a collaborative, supportive team member.
• Work 20–25 hours weekly, mainly Mon–Fri with frequent weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Communication with guests of around 30-40 Airbnb properties in central districts of Berlin
• Coordinate with cleaners and repairteam for smooth operation
• Manage the channels Phone, Plattforms and Whatsapp
• Can do and hands‑on problem solving
• Be a supportive team player
• Work 20 - 25 hours weekly, mainly Mondays - Fridays with frequent work on weekends
