Immediate need for a talented Application Support Analyst IV. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Bethesda, MD (Remote).

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Application Production Support, SQL, Unix/Linux, ITSM .
• Provide support to office or business unit users of proprietary or custom application software.
• Answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of software.
• May extract data, format, and run reports, or perform specific analytical functions using application.
• May have substantial subject matter knowledge of business unit discipline.
• Includes both staff in corporate facility supporting use of business-specific applications to corporate staff, or staff providing product support to customers using proprietary software.
