Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Enterprise Applications Analyst to configure, maintain, and optimize critical business systems across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors, and participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancements, while ensuring data integrity and user documentation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
