• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take accountability for deliverables.
• Experience level: 3 years with a bachelor's degree, 5 years with an associate's degree, or 7 years with a high school diploma in a large, complex organization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating with vendor support during incidents and root cause analysis.
• Background in developing technical proposals and gaining stakeholder consensus.
