Jobbeschreibung

Position’s Objective

• Support the selling process by providing feasibility analysis and time-studies leading to securing new CNC machine orders
• Support after-sales activities and application-related inquiries

Responsibilities & Duties

• Calculating time studies based on blueprints / demonstrating time studies
• Work with existing dealer companies / end-users for turnkey projects using pneumatic and hydraulic work holdings, indexers, high pressure pumps, parts probing, and tool monitoring
• Providing basic training to dealers / users
• Programming (importing and converting files from AutoCAD and Solid Works Files) incl. 5-AXIS
• Modify surfaces to suite customer specification by applying CAD-CAM to maximize surface finish
• Demonstration at trade shows

Qualifications

• Very good level of English language is a MUST (other languages are advantageous)
• Technical application engineer background on Milling Machining Centres for 3-5 years
• 5-Axis programming skills – must
• Experience in dealing with end-users and dealers
• Experience in working with Asian (preferably Japanese) manufacturer
• CAD/CAM programming
• Good knowledge of tooling application and cutting processes improvement
