Job summary

HCLTech in Germany seeks an experienced Appian Developer to lead design, development and optimization of Appian BPM applications, working with business stakeholders to deliver scalable workflows.

You will design process models, records, CDTs, reports and sites; build integrations; optimize SQL and database objects; and participate in CI/CD, using Agile or Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years Appian development experience.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer.
• Experience with Appian version 20.x and above.
• Strong expertise in Process Models, CDTs, Records, Reports and Site Design.
• Experience with Appian integrations and integration objects.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with database design, SQL optimization, views and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of BPM concepts and process optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
