Job summary

OMMAX GmbH seeks a motivated student for an internship to turn AI opportunities into scalable, client-ready solutions. You will help develop AI use cases, integrate data, and build software components for concrete client applications in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.

You will work on data preparation, prototype development, and evaluating new AI tools. The role offers a hybrid working model in one of our Munich offices and opportunities to grow through our Digital Leaders of

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field with excellent academics.
• Hands-on experience in software development, ideally with Python.
• Strong interest in generative AI, ML, data engineering, and modern software architectures.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud technologies, or Git.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, structured and independent work style.
• Good communication of technical topics and collaboration with clients/different project teams.
• Good German and English skills.

What we require:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
• You have gained initial hands‑on experience in software development, ideally with Python.
• You have a strong interest in generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, and modern software architectures.
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud technologies, or version control systems such as Git.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and solution‑oriented thinking, with a structured, independent working style and high standards for quality.
• You are able to communicate technical topics clearly and enjoy collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• You have good German and English skills.
