Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an AI Ops Engineer to help optimize cloud-based systems and implement automation solutions that enhance travel experiences. You will analyze requirements, design software aligned with quality standards, and collaborate with Product Management and users to validate approaches.

You will work within a hybrid model, contribute to ongoing learning, and help maintain performance, reliability, and documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of AI or automation concepts with interest in applying them to operations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; good communication and collaboration.
