Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an AI Ops Engineer, Correlation & Diagnosis Associate, to join a 12-month fixed-term role with a hybrid work model. You will contribute to building technologies to enhance travel experiences, optimize cloud systems, and design software solutions aligned with Amadeus quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, documentation, testing, and continuous learning in a global context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in software development.
• Understanding of AI or automation concepts and interest in applying them to operations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to innovative projects.
• Good communication skills and a curious, proactive mindset.
