Stern Stewart & Co. is a strategy boutique seeking an engineer to build and ship AI solutions on live strategy consulting projects, turning strategic questions into scalable applications with real client impact.

You will work side by side with client stakeholders to understand the problem, test hypotheses, and shape the solution together. You’ll own how AI is built, deployed, and sustained inside client organizations, engineer clean, reusable data pipelines, and raise the technical bar across

Qualifikationen

• Strong full-stack engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Experience communicating with non-technical clients.

• Build and ship AI solutions on live strategy consulting projects – turning strategic questions into scalable applications with real client impact
• Work side by side with client stakeholders: understand the problem, test hypotheses, shape the solution together
• Own more than the code – define how AI gets built, deployed, and sustained inside client organizations
• Engineer clean, reusable, scalable data pipelines – and fix quality issues along the way
• Raise the technical bar across project teams: engineering fundamentals, user-centered design, real agile
• Automate recurring workflows and kill manual busywork

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Python, TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, embeddings, and generative AI
• Solid foundation in APIs, Git, data structures, and databases
• An eye for solutions others miss
• Confidence presenting technical work to non-technical clients
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, AI, Data Science – or equivalent experience
• Bonus: DevOps/MLOps, containerization, CI/CD, cybersecurity
