What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement advanced AI solutions using Foundation Models (LLMs) to solve real-world business challenges.
• Apply and optimise current prompting techniques such as zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and RAG.
• Select, evaluate, and integrate both proprietary and open-source AI models according to project requirements.
• Conduct model training and fine-tuning on cloud-based ML platforms, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Develop and orchestrate agentic AI components for autonomous workflows and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance the company’s AI capabilities.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of practical experience developing AI solutions with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and deep expertise in modern prompt engineering techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms, especially Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, compute clusters, and ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and familiarity with CI/CD for ML and MLOps.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic and independent working style, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.
