Zusammenfassung

Obermeyer Group is seeking an AI Engineer (m/f/d) to develop and implement AI solutions in Munich, Prague or Bratislava. You will design and deploy AI agents, integrate models into ERP/BIM/document management, and build RAG systems for internal knowledge bases.

You will work with data engineers and architects to ensure data quality, structure, and governance across AI pipelines, while communicating in English and German. A customer‑focused, collaborative, and proactive approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or comparable.
• Several years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to English and German speakers.

Your Responsibilities

• AI Development & Implementation
  • Develop and implement AI solutions based on LLMs, machine learning and generative AI
  • Build and operate AI agents and automation workflows (e.g. Copilot Studio, LangChain, TensorFlow)
  • Integrate AI models into existing systems (ERP, BIM, document management, M365)
  • Develop RAG systems for internal knowledge bases
  • Build prototypes for new use cases identified by business units
• Data & Modelling
  • Process and prepare unstructured data (documents, plans, reports) for AI applications
  • Carry out model training, fine-tuning and evaluation
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within AI pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer / Data Architect on platform integration
• Governance & Quality
  • Conduct standardised risk assessments for new AI deployments (data protection, bias, security)
  • Adhere to Obermeyer Group's ethical AI guidelines (fairness, transparency, human-in-the-loop)
  • Document models, architectures and decisions in line with internal AI governance standards
  • Support the preparation of AI Innovation Requests for the AI Board

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or comparable
• Several years of hands‑on AI/ML development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow)
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and CI/CD practices
• Passion for AI and the drive to solve real‑world problems
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences in English and German
• Self‑directed with a high appetite for learning
• Team player with an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
