• Design and implement advanced agentic AI systems using LLMs as autonomous collaborators;
• Build systems that reason over data, orchestrate workflows, and drive decisions;
• Combine backend engineering with LLM capabilities to solve complex user problems at scale;
• Translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-grade systems;
• Take end-to-end ownership of agentic AI solutions;
• Work closely with the Head of Agentic AI Engineering and a team of LLM engineers, software engineers, and data scientists.

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in software or LLM engineering, ideally with Python;
• Strong foundation in backend or data systems;
• Experience deploying LLM-based applications to production;
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenDevin, or custom agentic architectures;
• Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool-use or agent frameworks;
• Experience with most of the listed technology stack;
• Strong problem-solving skills, a pragmatic mindset, and a bias toward fast iteration;
• Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly;
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, engineering-focused team;
• Nice to have: experience building B2B SaaS or AI workflow products, experience in an early-stage startup environment.
