Develop AI solutions using Python, SQL, RAG technologies, vector databases, cloud technologies, AI agents, and LLM frameworks, and bring them into production using MLOps and LLMOps Work with customers to understand their strategic and business goals and identify opportunities for sustainable, measurable value through AI solutions, particularly NLP architectures and RAG systems Take technical responsibility for the conception, design, implementation, testing, and consulting of intelligent applications using ML- and LLM-based architectures, particularly NLP architectures and RAG systems, and contribute proactively to implementation Develop RAG pipelines, structure unstructured data, and select and optimize vector databases, embedding models, and language models Ensure system and data architectures meet functionality and performance requirements Create and maintain technical documentation for the overall solution Work primarily on projects in German-speaking regions and ensure smooth integration while developing innovative subject areas for customers Lead project or sub-project work, provide technical leadership to teams and workstreams, and ensure effort stays within project requirements Transfer knowledge, coach, and train customers Select suitable delivery models and lead development teams Identify, assess, and implement optimization and business opportunities, including selected sales activities in collaboration with the sales team Build and maintain internal and extensive customer networks, including senior-level customer relationships Qualify tenders from a technical perspective, analyze customer requirements, assess feasibility, and support proposal preparation during pre-sales Own solution design and prepare effort estimates and calculation bases during the proposal process Conduct customer workshops

Требования:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 5 years of professional experience in the field Strong knowledge of Python programming and software development Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with modern AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex Experience developing and implementing cloud-based AI solutions Experience providing technical leadership to delivery teams, such as workstreams Experience in AI, ML, DWH, BI, or related fields Deep understanding of architectures, solutions, and strategic direction in Data Analytics and AI Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade in unfamiliar environments Enjoy working in a team and independently exploring new topics Teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking, independence, and motivation Very good knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Very good communication skills in German at native-speaker level and in English
