• Design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions with autonomous, user-facing capabilities
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions from initial concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization
• Architect and implement LLM-powered applications, data enrichments, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous AI systems
• Orchestrate large language models, build prompt engineering frameworks, and perform fine-tuning
• Deploy and operate LLM applications at scale in reliable production environments
• Containerize AI services and implement deployment pipelines for rapid iteration
• Establish monitoring systems for performance metrics, response quality, hallucination rates, and autonomous decision accuracy
• Manage infrastructure powering AI applications and optimize performance and cost-effectiveness
• Establish automated evaluation frameworks for LLM applications
• Build robust fallback mechanisms
• Ensure AI systems meet security and compliance requirements
• Improve AI capabilities based on user feedback and performance data

Требования:

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related technical roles
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI-powered applications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent degree
• Good theoretical knowledge of AI, ML, and NLP principles
• Strong programming proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with Java/Kotlin
• Solid understanding of API design, development, and integration patterns
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and orchestrating AI agents, chatbots, and autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI/ML services
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing for LLM applications, monitoring, logging, and performance tracking
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience debugging AI systems, optimizing performance bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Ability to quickly adopt new AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Nice to have: Knowledge of vector databases and RAG, such as OpenSearch or ElasticSearch
