Qualifications

• 2–4 years in software development, AI engineering, or ML practice.
• Strong Python programming skills and maintainable software design.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
• Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• German language proficiency at C1+ and fluent English.
• Willingness to engage directly with clients and occasionally work on-site when needed.
• A thoughtful, solution-oriented approach and interest in building reliable applications.

Responsibilities

• Build AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and ML techniques.
• Develop from early prototypes to production-ready systems.
• Design and improve AI workflows to meet client needs.

About The Role

As an AI Engineer, you will work directly with company management and client teams on a varied range of AI projects. You will help guide technical solutions from exploration and prototyping through implementation and production readiness. The role combines software engineering, applied AI development, and client collaboration. It is suited to someone who enjoys turning emerging technology into robust, useful applications and is comfortable contributing both independently and as part of a small project team.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or machine learning practice.
• Very strong Python programming skills and the ability to build maintainable software.
• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and APIs from OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Practical experience working with large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation methods.
• A basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher and fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to engage directly with clients and occasionally work on-site when project needs require it.
• A thoughtful, solution-oriented approach and an interest in building reliable applications that deliver value in everyday use.
