Job summary

JUST ADD AI seeks an AI Engineer to turn client needs into robust Python-based solutions, from prototype to production. You will apply state-of-the-art DL models, analyze large datasets, and collaborate closely with clients to drive real-world results.

You hold a Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent, with deep knowledge in LLMs, DL, CV, or robotics, and excel in teamwork, documentation, and German communication. The role promises modern tooling, strong hardware, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Your tasks

As an AI Engineer, no problem can be challenging enough for you. You are familiar with the current state of the art in deep learning. As part of our team of AI experts at JUST ADD AI, you develop solutions for a broad spectrum of real-world problems while staying in close contact with our clients.

• Development: You develop custom AI solutions from prototype to integrable software modules
• State-of-the-Art: You use and develop state-of-the-art models to solve real-world problems
• Data Analysis: You analyze large datasets and find creative solutions
• Coding Assistants: You develop, test, and document making the most intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
• End-to-End: You are involved in the development from conception to deployment

Your profile

• You hold an excellent Master's degree in Computer Science or have a comparable background
• You have extensive knowledge in at least one of these areas: LLMs, Computer Vision, Robotics, or Deep Learning
• You actively follow the current state of the art in Deep Learning and LLMs
• You have excellent programming skills, live by best practices, and have successfully shipped software projects with Python to production
• You have solid mathematical knowledge, especially in Machine Learning and statistical methods
• You get the maximum out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation - and you are constantly looking for ways to become even more productive
• You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people of different professions (technical and non-technical)
• You have excellent German language skills
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and identify risks early on
• Through your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve a high quality standard, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members
• You use modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently
