MAM Gruppe is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives. You will own AI projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring scalable production environments while working closely with client stakeholders and solution architects.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience delivering AI, ML or intelligent automation projects in enterprise organisations or consulting.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tech including LLMs, RAG, AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Experience with orchestration / agentic AI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel.
• Solid grasp of enterprise architecture, systems integration, APIs and data platforms.
• Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions, not just PoCs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English are essential.

As demand continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives.

The Role

This is a hands-on delivery leadership position for someone with a strong technical background and proven experience implementing AI solutions within enterprise environments.

You will take ownership of AI projects from discovery and solution design through to implementation, deployment and adoption, ensuring solutions move beyond proof of concept into scalable production environments.

Working closely with client stakeholders, technical teams and solution architects, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AI solutions while navigating the complexities of enterprise IT landscapes, governance and security requirements.

This role is focused on delivery rather than pre-sales or advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and intelligent automation projects for enterprise clients.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and deliver AI applications using modern LLM technologies, agentic AI frameworks and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Build and deploy solutions incorporating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI agents and enterprise automation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes, applications and enterprise architectures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing quality, timelines and business outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, compliance and scalability.
• Support the transition from proof of concept to production-ready AI platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout implementation and adoption.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience delivering AI, machine learning or intelligent automation projects within enterprise organisations or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Experience with orchestration and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel or comparable technologies.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, APIs and data platforms.
• Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions rather than purely experimental or research projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in client-facing consulting environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English are essential.
