LGBT Great is seeking a Project Manager focused on AI in Berlin. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into delivery plans and gain hands-on exposure to AI use cases in a fast-growing Berlin tech scale-up.

Ideal candidates are early in their career from consulting or client-facing environments, have strong structure, communication, and curiosity about emerging technologies, fluent German and good English, and a willingness to learn and own projects from day one.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years’ experience in consulting, tech consulting, or project management roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured, analytical way of thinking.
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies (no deep expertise required).
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Fluent German (essential) and strong English

This role is ideal for someone early in their career, coming from consulting, tech consulting, or a client-facing project environment, who brings strong structure, communication skills, and curiosity about emerging technologies.
