Zusammenfassung

Ein führendes IT-Systemhaus in Eschborn sucht eine/n Controller/in zur Verwaltung der täglichen Finanzberichte. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit Kollegen und die Verwaltung finanzieller Ausgaben. Der ideale Kandidat hat ein Universitätsdiplom in Betriebswirtschaft, fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich. Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder Controlling.
• Fähigkeit, finanzielle Informationen vertraulich zu behandeln.
• Erfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuerberatung ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Verwaltung der täglichen Verkaufs-, Ausgaben- und Gewinnberichte aus steuerlicher Sicht.
• Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kollegen und Tochtergesellschaften.
• Verständnis und Berichterstattung von Bilanzen, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen.

Responsibilities :

• Managing the ordinal daily sales, expenses and profit in tax and accounting perspective
• Communication and collaboration with internal colleagues and subsidiaries
• Cooperate with colleagues, vendors, customers and partners in multiple location
• Understanding and reporting B/S, P&L, A/R, A/P and expenses reports
• Manage and input company operating expenses, and vendor expenses
• Manage and input Vendor and vendor expenses
• Manager and input Employee expenses
• Understanding and managing VAT, Corporation tax, and Trade tax in DE and EU
• Development and collaborationto optimize work and team

Qualifications

• A university diploma in business administration, economics, accounting, taxation or a similar qualification
• 3+ years of professional experience in the knowledge of financing, accounting, controlling, or a similar field
• Fluent in English and German with a good command of written and spoken (Korean fluency preferred)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information in HGB, IFRS, ICFR
• Ability for new project related Finance and Accounting, team work and working with partners
• Proficiency in assisting with the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports and audit is a plus
• Strong skills of ERP/SAP, Excel and ability to deal with data proficiently in plus
• Experience in an Audit or Tax firm is a plus
