Aufgaben

• Project controlling for individual companies and teams.
• Preparation of monthly management reporting and profit planning.
• Liquidity reports and forecasts preparation.
• Analysis for top management and development of the reporting system.
• Investment controlling for subsidiaries domestically and internationally.
• Development of controlling tools and participation in AI projects.
• Support in preparing annual financial statements per HGB.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for project controlling of individual companies and teams
• Preparation of the monthly management reporting including the profit planning
• Preparation and follow-up of liquidity reports and forecasts
• Carrying out analyses for top management and further developing of the Group-wide reporting system
• Responsibility for the investment controlling for individual subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
• Further development of existing controlling tools and participation in special projects, such as the implementation of AI tools or process automation
• Support in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

Your profile

• You’ll have successfully completed your education (focus controlling and accounting)
• You‘ll have several years of professional experience in controlling, industry experience is an advantage
• You have excellent Excel skills as well as knowledge of ERP software, preferably MS Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) or of BI tools (e.g. Power-BI)
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You are a teamplayer and have very good communication skills
• You have a high level of initiative and an independent working style
