Arsenault is partnering with a highly innovative InsurTech focussed organisation who are disrupting the market with an extremely niche offering to the consumer. Due to their year-on-year growth since 2019 and being in an extremely profitable position, they are looking to expand their finance function offering an individual a chance to shape their career and grow into a strategic focused management position.

About the role:

• You will grow to become a senior figure within the finance department with the view to strategically drive projects forward
• You will play an integral autonomous role in all things financial management including financial modelling, budget, controlling and reporting
• You will develop into the go to expert in the department the financial analysis a long with the modelling calculations
• This is an opportunity to join a business that has thrived over the pandemic period
• Multiple progression opportunities with the business looking to promote from within as they grow the business over the next few years

About you:

• A bachelors degree in a finance related field (economics or accounting etc). A masters degree would be an added bonus
• Fluent in German
• A desire to work in the InsurTech/ FinTech field with a constant hunger to learn and improve
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft office.
• You understand SAP, VBA or Python programming
• An analytical mindset
• It would be advantageous but not essential to be coming from a professional services background
