An innovative edtech company is searching for a driven Account Executive in Berlin to expand its presence in Germany. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, engaging with school leaders, and representing the company at events. The Sales team at Magma Math powers our growth and ensures our platform reaches the teachers and students who need it most. Germany is a key market for us, and a major opportunity to expand our impact in classrooms nationwide.
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive who’s excited to help build our presence from the ground up. This isn’t a role where everything is already figured out. It’s for someone who’s curious, proactive, and motivated by ownership. If you enjoy moving fast and figuring things out as you go, you’ll feel right at home.
In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing new leads and closing deals with schools across Germany. You’ll work with a mix of self-sourced and qualified inbound leads through a sales cycle of around two months. Success comes from building strong relationships with directors of education and decision makers in local authorities, understanding their challenges, and clearly showing how Magma solves real classroom problems.
You’ll represent Magma at trade shows and networking events, turning conversations into meaningful opportunities. Along the way, you’ll help bring our fun, energetic culture to life in every interaction with customers.
