• Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL partners, including warehouses, carriers, and last-mile delivery providers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve 3PL operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to JD.com’s standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of 3PL operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, IT) to integrate 3PL processes seamlessly into JD.com’s overall supply chain.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, forecast demands, and optimize inventory management strategies with 3PL partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation, warehousing, and customs regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations with 3PL providers in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in the selection and onboarding of new 3PL partners as needed.
