Electronic Arts Bogotá is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to support daily operations, vendors, and employee experiences, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging office environment. You will coordinate services, oversee space utilization, drive onsite events, and partner with IT, Security, PE, Real Estate, and external vendors to keep workplaces productive and welcoming.

• 3+ years in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or related environments.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating workplace projects.
• Experience planning events from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-service mindset with ability to work with leadership across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily workplace operations across multiple office locations.
• Coordinate workplace services and vendor activities including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and amenities.
• Monitor vendor performance, support invoice and budget tracking, and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
• Drive employee experience initiatives including onsite events, activations, hospitality services, and engagement programs.
• Assist with workplace projects including office moves, seating updates, and space reconfigurations.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, PE, Real Estate, and external vendors.
• Maintain workplace procedures, operational records, occupancy data, floorplans, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Global Health Office (GHO) health and safety standards and site readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, employee experience, and operational consistency.

Workplace Experience Specialist

The Workplace Experience Specialist supports daily operations and employee experience initiatives at Electronic Arts' Bogota studios. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and engaging office environment, manages vendors and projects, and collaborates with Workplace Experience, IT, Security, People Experience, leadership teams, and property management to maintain smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily workplace operations across multiple office locations, ensuring spaces are maintained to a high standard and operational issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Coordinate workplace services and vendor activities including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and office amenities
• Monitor vendor performance, support invoice and budget tracking, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings
• Drive employee experience initiatives including onsite events, activations, hospitality services, and workplace engagement programs
• Assist with workplace projects including office moves, seating updates, space reconfigurations, furniture installations, and office refreshes
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, PE, Real Estate, and external vendors to support operational and project-related initiatives
• Maintain workplace procedures, operational records, occupancy data, floorplans, and workplace documentation
• Ensure compliance with our Global Health Office (GHO) for health, safety, and local regulatory requirements while supporting emergency preparedness and site readiness efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, employee experience, and operational consistency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, hospitality, or related environments
• Experience managing vendors, supporting workplace projects, and coordinating operational initiatives
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and leadership levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred
• Experience supporting creative, entertainment, gaming, or tech environments is a plus
