Job summary

Horatio is seeking a Workforce Specialist to optimize scheduling, ensure data integrity, and support payroll across the organization. The role acts as liaison between operations and backend systems, managing Workforce.com, Gorgias, and Notion for knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Optimization & Adherence: manage, post, and optimize schedules in Workforce.com; monitor KPIs (FRT, RES) and real-time adherence.
• Timekeeping, Compliance & Payroll Support: audit timesheets, analyze discrepancies, support payroll and bonus processes, manage deductions.
• WFM & CRM System Administration: administer Workforce.com, manage permissions, roster, and CRM rules/macros (Gorgias); maintain Notion knowledge base.
• Helpdesk Support, Communication & Training: manage internal helpdesk via Gorgias/Slack; onboard new hires and provide training; escalate issues with teams.
