PuzzleHR is seeking a Human Resource Solutions Specialist to support and execute core HR and HRIS functions for clients. The role partners with internal teams and clients to ensure HR programs and system configurations are aligned, compliant, and optimized.

You will own HR processes, system administration, and project work while contributing to client-facing initiatives and ongoing support, improving efficiency and user experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, or similar.
• SHRM-CP credential preferred.
• Payroll and benefits experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate HR processes, including handbook creation, job descriptions, compensation analysis, and compliance tasks.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS platforms; perform system updates and audits.
• Support recruitment coordination and client-facing HR/system initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Managed Services to deliver outcomes.
