Job summary

Hire Horatio CX is seeking a Workforce Specialist to optimize schedules, ensure accurate timekeeping, and support payroll processes across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity in Workforce.com and Gorgias, while also managing onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities include real-time adherence tracking, roster management, and knowledge-base upkeep in Notion, with on-site support as needed in a fast-paced call center

Responsibilities

• Schedule Administration: manage, post, and optimize schedules within Workforce.com.
• Monitor KPIs like FRT and RES and track adherence in real time.
• Oversee overtime, shifts, and break distributions with operations.
• Audit timesheets and analyze schedule-actual discrepancies for payroll readiness.
• Support payroll, deductions, and bonus processes with accuracy.
• Administer Workforce.com permissions, locations, and tagging.
• Maintain Active Roster and onboarding of hires; manage transfers/separations.
• Optimize Gorgias backend (rules, tags, macros) and Notion KB.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training; provide on-site support when needed.
• Resolve helpdesk queries via Gorgias and Slack; escalate as required.
