Roca Alliances seeks a Workday Specialist to serve as the functional expert for US Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Expenses, with additional support for Talent and Help modules alongside Core HCM. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity, driving process improvements, and supporting annual and off-cycle compensation and benefits events.

You will configure and maintain Workday components, ensure data accuracy and compliance, provide tier 1–2 support, and collaborate with HR,

Formación

• 3–5 years of Workday functional experience with direct configuration and support in US Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Expenses.
• Solid understanding of HR and compensation processes in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment, compensation reviews, and year-end activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose solutions.
