Simpro Group is seeking an experienced HR technology leader to own the full Workday and HR systems stack across the enterprise. You will drive system configuration, integrations, data governance, and governance while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions for a global workforce.

Responsibilities include leading the HR systems roadmap, implementing new technologies, building dashboards, and ensuring data security and compliance.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in HR systems management with leadership experience.
• Workday proficiency including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Proven track record managing a full HR tech stack with integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (talent, payroll, compliance).
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Project management capabilities for system implementations and upgrades.

• Own the HR technology roadmap, serving as SME for Workday and HR systems.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR platforms and integrations.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR technologies to support business objectives and employee experience.
• Develop and execute the HR systems strategy for scalability and alignment with goals.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance systems supporting talent acquisition, performance, learning, and other HR processes.
• Continuously optimize system functionality, workflows, reporting, and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance across all HR platforms.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and collaborate with IT on integrations, security, and troubleshooting.
• Lead and develop the HR systems team and provide training to HR users and stakeholders.

About the Role

This critical role will manage and optimize the full HR technology stack, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs. This expert will oversee system configuration, integrations, and data management, while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that support our employees and drive business success.

As the primary owner of Workday and other HR systems, this role will ensure the effective delivery of HR services, reporting, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Own the HR technology roadmap, serving as the subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR platforms and system integrations.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR technologies to support business objectives and improve the employee experience.
• Develop and execute the HR systems strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance systems supporting talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and other HR processes.
• Continuously optimize system functionality, workflows, reporting, and user experience to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance across all HR technology platforms.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decisions and monitor key HR metrics.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and collaborate with IT on integrations, troubleshooting, and security compliance.
• Lead and develop the HR systems team while providing training and support to HR users and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in HR systems management with 3 years in leadership
• Workday proficiency: Extensive hands- on experience, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Proven success managing a full HR tech stack, including integrations with other business systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, including talent management, payroll, and compliance.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using HR systems.
• Project management expertise, including the ability to lead system implementations and upgrades on time and within budget.

Preferred:

• Experience in a global SaaS or tech environment.
• Familiarity with other HR tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LMS, performance management tools).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
• Certification in Workday or other HRIS platforms.
