Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development to translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
You will own the backlog, orchestrate API integrations with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end testing of critical supply chain flows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
