Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations with development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, collaborate on API integrations, and drive comprehensive testing to ensure robust supply chain execution across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
