Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
