Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will transform logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active platforms.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing, system integration, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. A senior IT background in enterprise apps is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
